Eligibility and referral Information.
Solace supports refugees and asylum seekers throughout the Yorkshire and Humber region, but what we are able to provide differs in each area. All our services are underpinned by the same values and ethos, even if what we can provide or the referral criteria is limited in some areas. Please follow the links below to find out what support is available in each area. Please call us if you would like to find out more, or if you can’t find what you need. 0113 824 6796
- We only accept referrals for refugees or asylum seekers.
- We welcome referrals from health professionals and support organisations. Unfortunately we do not accept self referrals.
- It is important that, prior to making a referral, all referrers discuss the potential of working with Solace with the person concerned. For many people the idea of getting help with their psychological distress is a new concept. The downloadable leaflet here might help to explain what we can help with.
